### Overview Gameplay

In the game, players start by purchasing and incubating Playermon eggs. Over time, these eggs hatch into Playermons, which players must then take care of by feeding, bathing, and engaging with them. This care process is crucial as it fills up "Love Points," signifying the bond between Playermons and their owners. This bonding process enhances game features and player experiences as the relationship develops.

Players also engage in activities within the game's SpaceDen, where Playermons can earn SGEM tokens by completing quests. Player interactions and care contribute to the Love Meter, increasing their Love Rank. Playermons to strengthen their bond and unlock new game features.

### Earn with Happy Hour

The game features unique events such as Happy Hour, where Playermons can make specific requests to players. Successfully fulfilling these requests rewards players with SGEM tokens and enhances the bonding experience with their Playermons. This event is designed to encourage frequent interactions between players and their space companions, as it can be accessed every 6 hours. This mechanism ensures players have a reason to return and engage with their Playermons regularly, strengthening their connection and ensuring an active and vibrant game experience.

### Find the hidden SGEM

The game promotes frequent interaction among players and their Playermons, creating a vibrant community within the virtual environment. Players are encouraged to explore and engage with others by visiting their SpaceDens. This interaction not only fosters a sense of community but also enhances the gaming experience by offering additional rewards.

The game introduces an innovative feature where players can interact with furniture in their own or others' SpaceDens, discovering hidden SGEM tokens. This element adds an exciting layer of discovery and reward to the gameplay, encouraging players to stay active and explore different aspects of the game.

These features aim to enrich the player's experience, strengthen community bonds, and provide continuous incentives through engaging game mechanics and rewards.

### The Anchorland Story

‌At the beginning of the gameplay, **you** (the player) would receive an SOS signal from a distant planet, as the **Captain of Starsailor** (your spaceship) and as a bounty hunter, you decided to look into the matter and would only lend a hand if the price is right. However, there was no reply to the signal.

‌You arrived at a very forest-dense planet and saved a child from an attack of a group of wild **Playermons**. To repay you, the child became your guide and showed you the direction out of the forest.

‌After sending the child back to his parents, you heard a loud siren. All the villagers fled into their own house for shelter and you felt curious and hid in an elusive spot to observe the situation. You saw several uniformed personnel and you decided to follow them.

‌Unsure how long you had followed them, a group of unknown people showed up to fight against them. Overhearing their conversation, you understood that the group of people was the rebels and they wished to fight the uniformed personnel. You decided to help the rebels as they were not good enough to fight the uniformed personnel.

‌The rebels with their Playermons brought you to their bases and informed you that **Anchorland Mining Company** had colonized their planet. The villagers and Playermons were enslaved and were forced to help Anchorland Mining Company to acquire valuable resources and some of the Playermons were being captured and exported from the planet. The SOS signal was also sent by the rebels to ask for support.

‌After agreeing on the reward, you decided to join them. The team planned to destroy the main mining machine and free the captured Playermons. The rebels hoped to cripple Anchorland Mining Company’s operation by doing so. However, when they arrived at the center of the mining area, where the main mining machine was, the place was half empty.

‌The rebels found out that Anchorland Mining Company had mined the planet to the core and the planet would eventually collapse in no time. The team freed up all the remaining Playermons in the facility and left hastily.&#x20;

‌After a thorough discussion in their base, the rebels thought that it is their responsibility to warn and transport all villagers away from the planet by using the devices Anchorland Mining Company left behind.

‌ The rebels paid you and you wished them good luck in the future.

### The Energy System

To address the issue of players repeatedly restarting levels to obtain favorable starting cards, the game has implemented an energy system. This system not only curbs excessive level restarts but also encourages players to expand their collection of Playermons. The more Playermons a player owns, the more energy they will have available for gameplay. This design encourages players to invest more in the game, fostering a deeper engagement with the game's ecosystem and promoting a more strategic approach to level progression and energy management.

In addition to the energy system linked to the number of Playermons owned, players have the option to purchase additional energy points. This feature allows players who wish to extend their playtime or bypass the waiting period for energy replenishment a way to continue their gameplay uninterrupted. It provides a flexible approach for players who are eager to progress more rapidly in the game or engage in more extensive sessions without the constraints of the standard energy regeneration rate. This system also serves as a way for the game to offer different levels of engagement to accommodate various types of players and playing styles.

### The Leaderboard

In the Playermon Anchorland gameplay, the leaderboard is a central element where players compete to earn rewards. To climb the ranks and secure a top position, players must engage in various levels, striving to achieve the highest scores possible. Replaying levels to improve scores is encouraged, enhancing the competitive spirit among players.

The rewards for the leaderboard's top performers are determined through a democratic process using DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) voting. This means that the community of players has a say in deciding the reward distribution. Currently, the decided reward is 292,500 SGEM, distributed every fortnight, or every 14 days. This system incentivizes players to consistently engage with the game and excel, offering a significant reward for their achievements and participation.

# Battleground

The Playermon PvP

![](/files/rvFvrui1s8odKonLEznk)

The current game mode, known as "Battleground," allows players to engage in direct combat with other players. This mode is designed to enhance player interaction and add a competitive edge to the game. Initially, this PvP (Player vs. Player) mode requires players to send an invitation code to another party to initiate a fight. This system helps players to get accustomed to the mechanics and nuances of battling other players in a controlled and consensual environment.

As players become more familiar with the Battleground system, the game developers plan to introduce a more sophisticated ranking system based on MMR (Matchmaking Rating). This system will align players with opponents of similar skill levels, ensuring fair play and competitive balance. The MMR system aims to provide a seamless and engaging experience, encouraging players to improve their skills and strategies to climb the leaderboard.

The introduction of an MMR-based ranking system signifies a shift towards a more dynamic and competitive gaming environment. Players will be incentivized to engage more deeply with the game mechanics and compete more earnestly to improve their rankings. This system also aims to foster a sense of community and rivalry among players, adding an exciting layer to the game's social dynamics.

In addition to the MMR system, the game will also host online tournaments. These tournaments will serve as a platform for players to showcase their skills, compete with top players, and earn exclusive rewards. The format and rules of these tournaments will be designed to provide a fair and exciting competition for participants of all skill levels. Online tournaments represent an opportunity for the community to come together, celebrate their achievements, and push the boundaries of what they can achieve in the game.

The integration of Battleground mode, the MMR ranking system, and online tournaments demonstrates the game's commitment to providing a rich, competitive, and engaging experience for all players. These elements combine to create a dynamic game environment where players can constantly challenge themselves and each other, fostering a vibrant and competitive community within the game.

# Planet Invasion

<figure><img src="/files/jxxUvR5DSjOC51srkkew" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Playermon Planet Invasion is an upcoming installment in the Playermon game series, introducing a new era of adventure where players can explore planets, gather treasures, and engage in strategic galactic conquests. This second installment, titled "Playermon II: Planet Invasion," encourages players to prepare for interstellar expeditions by assembling the right equipment and resources to maximize their adventures and earnings. It's a game of strategy where forming alliances, gathering resources, and preparing for battle are key to dominating the universe.

The new update emphasizes the utility of PYM tokens and Playermon NFTs, providing players with early-bird opportunities and exciting rewards such as equipment and resources crucial for the upcoming planetary invasions. Playermon's approach extends beyond the virtual, planning real-world events and partnerships to enhance player engagement and offer unique rewards&#x20;

# Mini Games

## Lucky Wheel

<figure><img src="/files/HnIcQy5Yex23igGL2y04" alt=""><figcaption><p>Lucky Wheel</p></figcaption></figure>

The launch of the Planet Invasion game introduces the Lucky Wheel feature, designed to enrich player involvement. This event allows players to spin the wheel every day, awarding them with a variety of valuable prizes, including resources that will be required when the mission launched, cryptocurrencies like USDT, MATIC, PYM, and ETH, as well as unique items like Genesis Egg Fragment and Space Box Fragment. These rewards are not only exciting but also provide players with crucial resources needed as the game progresses to full operation, giving them a significant advantage in their space exploration adventures.

Further enhancements to the Lucky Wheel will require players to engage more actively with the game. For instance, players might need to maintain a specific quantity of PYM tokens or take part in various gameplay activities to earn a free spin. This approach ensures that the rewards are aligned with the players' involvement and contributions to the game, making the overall experience more interactive and rewarding.

## Flip Card

<figure><img src="/files/m6xFF3DrncsVseM2rdZs" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Within the Planet Invasion ecosystem, a second mini-game, the Flip Card Game, has been introduced to enhance player engagement. In this game, participants are given the opportunity to flip two random cards. If the cards match, players win resources that they can use within the game. This game is designed to foster regular participation and increase player retention by providing a fun, rewarding experience that encourages players to return regularly to the Planet Invasion universe. The objective is to enhance the overall player experience and maintain a high level of engagement within the game's community.

# Earth Invasion

The Playermon Earth Invasion initiative capitalizes on the collective strength of the Playermon community within the Web3 space to disseminate information about events and engage with participating merchants in the real world. This approach allows merchants and partners to collaborate directly with the Playermon community, offering a unique blend of digital and physical engagement.

Integrating large Web3 communities, such as the Playermon Earth Invasion, into physical events or with local merchants brings a myriad of benefits. For example, in the Philippines and Argentina, where Playermon has tested this model, the presence of the community has likely led to increased awareness and engagement for local businesses and events. This kind of interaction not only elevates the visibility of the Playermon brand in the real world but also provides tangible benefits to community members and local businesses.

This module's importance lies in its ability to merge the enthusiasm and connectivity of a Web3 community with physical experiences, creating a synergy that enhances both online and offline engagements. For the local merchants, partnering with a vibrant community like Playermon's can drive traffic, foster new customer relationships, and enhance sales with the novelty and allure of Web3 technologies.

Furthermore, for the Playermon community, these Earth Invasions offer a chance to bring digital interactions into the real world, strengthening community bonds and offering new experiences and rewards. This dual benefit strengthens the ecosystem, making the module a critical component of the broader strategy to integrate Web3 communities with everyday physical experiences and commerce.

# Empire Expedition

<figure><img src="/files/oEZkLMLkPtZnEK0EAGeX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Overview

The Playermon Empire Expedition aims to harness the power of community engagement within the Web3 space by introducing an affiliate program designed to incentivize players to spread the word about Playermon. This approach is inspired by the concept of leveraging enthusiastic online communities, similar to those seen with meme coins like Shiba Army, which have significantly benefited from active and dedicated community support. The affiliate program within the Playermon Empire Expedition is structured to reward players for their promotional efforts, offering them digital citizenship (DC), ranking, PYM tokens and even Bitcoin (BTC) for bringing new players into the game or contributing to its expansion through social media, content creation, and other forms of online engagement.

This model capitalizes on the viral potential of Web3 communities, encouraging players to become ambassadors of the Playermon brand. The strategy is not just about expanding the game's user base but also about strengthening the community's bond with the game, creating a loyal and active player base that is invested in the game's success. By integrating the affiliate program with the game's mechanics, Playermon Empire Expedition ensures that both new and existing players are engaged and motivated to contribute to the game's ecosystem, enhancing its visibility, reach, and overall impact in the Web3 space.

**Introduction**

The main token for the Playermon project is the PYM token, which plays a pivotal role in the game's ecosystem and economy. The PYM token is used for multiple purposes within the Playermon universe, including but not limited to:

1. **Governance**\
   \
   PYM token holders have the ability to participate in governance decisions impacting the game's development. This includes voting on the game's tokenomics, determining player rewards, and making decisions on game improvements or new features. This mechanism ensures that players who are invested in the game can have a say in its future direction.

   <figure><img src="/files/vAJewuhz8M4YE2UTTj6l" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
2. **Radix Marketplace**\
   The Radix Marketplace within the Playermon universe utilizes PYM as the primary currency. Players can buy and sell various items using PYM, including Playermon NFTs, SpaceBox, and Spaceden furniture. This marketplace is a critical component of the game's economy, allowing players to trade assets and enhance their gaming experience.<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/IM9uw83jyLkqberpb00A" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
3. **Planet Invasion**\
   PYM is used for various in-game features, such as purchasing Space Tickets for planet invasions, sending cosmic cargo, and other activities. This use case adds to the immersive experience of the game, requiring players to strategically use their PYM tokens to advance and explore new territories.<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/CTHQ4kbUXgVyFjmk53oc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
4. **Stake on Empire Expedition**

   In the Empire Expedition module of the Playermon universe, the PYM token plays a central role. Participants are required to use their PYM tokens to create their digital citizen within the game and rank up to be colonel. This mechanism integrates the PYM token deeply into the game's infrastructure, enhancing its utility and demand. Additionally, players must stake their PYM tokens for more PYM tokens over time, which serves multiple purposes: it aligns player incentives with the health and growth of the Playermon ecosystem, ensures active participation, and fosters a more committed community.<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/MK2IbcofZPpuSemON0rc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
5. **Stake for Breeding Pod Shard**\
   To breed new Playermon NFTs, players need to stake PYM tokens. These tokens are used to obtain Playermon Breeding Pod Shards, essential materials for crafting breeding pods. This process is crucial for players looking to expand their collection of Playermons and enhance their capabilities within the game.<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/pfIAFjNjU224NJicXEU7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

These use cases reflect the integrated role of the **PYM** token within the Playermon ecosystem, supporting both the game's economy and its interactive, player-driven components. The token's utility spans governance, marketplace transactions, game features, and breeding mechanisms, making it central to the Playermon experience.

# $PYM Allocation & Distribution

### Tokenomics Consideration

We understand that making a Metaverse game and community requires time, so in Playermon, we have our tokenomics planned for 10 years instead of 2/3 years. Team token, play reward, staking reward are allocated for 10 years. We believe that with our passion and dedication we can come up with a metaverse NFT game that everyone can enjoy and share with their family and friends as an opportunity to play, earn and unleash creativity.

We also believe that transparency is a key to earning the trust and loyalty of our existing and future community members. Below shows the contract addresses, token vesting schedule, and allocations. We would love to hear questions if you have any.

**Total Supply: Elastic**

### Introduction

The SGEM token in the Playermon ecosystem serves multiple purposes, primarily focused on incentivizing players of Playermon Classic game. Here are the main use cases for SGEM:

1. **Player Incentives**\
   Players can earn SGEM tokens through various in-game activities such as engaging in Spaceden activities, participating in Happy Hour, visiting other's Spaceden, and finding hidden SGEM tokens behind furniture.<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/3VPShmq2p7oCHxQfqWnP" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
2. **Leaderboard Rewards**\
   Players who achieve high scores in the Anchorland story mode leaderboard are rewarded with SGEM tokens, promoting competition and engagement within the game.<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/yM4RqJLyiKPt7hnKMZTR" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
3. **Spending on Energy**\
   SGEM's utility extends to fundamental gameplay elements, such as purchasing energy required for continuing adventures in Anchorland. This application ensures that SGEM has a direct impact on gameplay, as players need to manage their energy resources wisely to progress. It binds the token's value to the core gameplay loop, making SGEM an essential asset for players aiming to explore deeper into the game's lore and challenges.<br>

   <figure><img src="/files/coA4yV5kPo4v4og9BsCW" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
4. **Crafting and Burning Mechanism**\
   SGEM can be used to craft PYM tokens, with a conversion mechanism set at 2,000 SGEM for 1,000 PYM. This crafting process involves burning SGEM, which helps to maintain the token's value and ensures that players stay engaged with the game longer to accumulate the required SGEM. <br>

   <figure><img src="/files/1uDwMll5JwOofJmdPZ6Y" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
5. **Decentralized Decision-Making**\
   Since PYM is limited while SGEM has an elastic supply, the conversion rate between SGEM and PYM, as well as the SGEM rewards for different game modes like Anchorland or PvP, are decided by the game's decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) which require holders of PYM tokens participation. This allows the player community to have a say in important economic decisions, reflecting a dynamic and player-centric approach to game development and tokenomics. This framework ensures that SGEM remains a vital part of the Playermon ecosystem, providing players with various ways to earn and utilize the token, thereby enhancing their overall gaming experience and investment in the game's economy. The incorporation of a DAO for decision-making further emphasizes the project's commitment to community involvement and decentralized governance.<br>

# Genetics

![](/files/sozt3P7Y7R76Ag1xNhjM)

T‌here are seven parts that make up Playermon. There are: **Head, Eyes, Arms, Chest, Body, Tails, Legs**

Each Playermon is made up of different characteristics based on these parts, making every single one unique. The combination of these parts can affect not just how a Playermon looks, but also how it behaves and performs in the game. The head defines the class and the number of parts in the same class defines the rarity.

{% endcontent-ref %}

For Genesis Playermons, which are the ones obtained from incubating eggs when the game launched, all features including body parts and attributes are completely random. This randomness ensures a wide variety of Playermons from the start, contributing to the diversity and richness of the game's ecosystem.

When breeding, Playermons inherit parts from both parents. This includes a mix of dominant and recessive traits from the parents' seven body parts. The dominant gene from either parent is more likely to determine the physical features of the offspring Playermon, although the two sets of recessive genes (recessive 1 and recessive 2) also have a chance to influence the offspring's characteristics.

More detailed information about breeding will be provided in future updates from Playermon, giving players deeper insights into creating and evolving their space companions.

# Class

{% embed url="<https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=2s&v=tmHbzIxKR5Q>" %}

## Defining the Classes&#x20;

In Playermon, we have 6 different unique classes for our Playermons. These classes are **Inferno, Aqua, Nature, Mech, Mythos and Comet**. All these classes, along with the many different Playermon available give a lot of variation to how a Team could look like.

However, looking into the different classes we can see that all of them have their own general function. Matching these general functions and skills of each of your Playermon allows you create a Balanced team to use in both PvE and PvP.

## Class Advantages&#x20;

To start it off, here is how our Class advantages work inside the Playermon battle systems:

**Inferno** and **Mythos** - Deals 15% more damage to Nature and Mech enemies. However, they take 15% more damage from Aqua and Comet enemies.

**Nature** and **Mech** - Deals 15% more damage to Aqua and Comet enemies. However, they take 15% more damage from Inferno and Mythos enemies.

**Aqua** and **Comet** - Deals 15% more damage to Inferno and Mythos enemies. However, they take 15% more damage from Nature and Mythos enemies.

Once we have defined which classes have an advantage over another class then we will need to see how the classes can be split into different roles.

# Rarity

Playermon creatures are comprised of seven distinct body parts: the head, eyes, arms, chest, body, tail, and legs. Each of these components contributes to the overall makeup and characteristics of a Playermon, with the head defining the Playermon's class. The individual traits of each Playermon vary, providing a wide range of unique appearances and abilities.

<table><thead><tr><th width="158">Rarity</th><th>Definition</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Legendary</td><td>All body parts matches a single character</td></tr><tr><td>Epic</td><td>All body parts belongs to a same class ( as HEAD )</td></tr><tr><td>Rare</td><td>5 / 6 body parts belongs to the same class ( as HEAD )</td></tr><tr><td>Uncommon</td><td>3 / 4 body parts belongs to the same class ( as HEAD )</td></tr><tr><td>Common</td><td>1 / 2 body parts belongs to the same class ( as HEAD )</td></tr></tbody></table>

Rarity levels in Playermons are categorized as Legendary, Epic, Rare, Uncommon, and Common, influenced by the match between the head body part and other body parts, as well as the overall cohesion of class or matching parts. A Legendary Playermon is obtained when all seven body parts match the same character, while an Epic rating is achieved when all body parts are of the same class as the head. Rare Playermons have five to six matching class parts including the head, Uncommon ones have three to four, and Common Playermons have zero to two parts matching the class.

![Rarity Distribution Within the First 30,000 Genesis Playermon Eggs](/files/GZtw6DiIEqDKXAWU6Ued)

For Genesis Playermons, which consist of 30,000 Playermons, will display entirely random features, offering a plethora of possibilities for collectors and players. When Playermons are bred, their body parts and attributes are inherited from their parents, combining elements from both to create a new, unique offspring.

The rarity of a Playermon affects its value in the marketplace, with higher rarities such as Legendary and Epic generally being more valued. However, it's important to note that the strength and combat effectiveness of a Playermon are determined not by rarity but by the combination of skill cards and how well it synergizes with other Playermons within a team. This distinction emphasizes strategy and team composition over mere collection of high-rarity creatures.

In essence, while the rarity can significantly influence the market value and collectibility, particularly among NFT and play-to-earn enthusiasts, the game's competitive aspect remains focused on skill and strategic play.

# Breeding

{% embed url="<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rRkRZjp120Y>" %}

![](/files/YavlaPpHu1YgfYuxpl2M)

Similar to everyday pets, Playermons possess the capability to breed. To initiate this, a player selects two Playermons and utilizes an adequate number of Playermon Breeding Pod NFTs for the breeding session. These Breeding Pods are consumed — or 'burned' — following a successful breeding process.

In the captivating world of Playermon, these creatures defy traditional gender norms, enabling players to combine any two Playermons for breeding purposes. This unique feature introduces an unexpected twist and broadens the scope for diversity in breeding outcomes, removing traditional barriers and allowing for endless creative combinations. Prepare yourself to delve into the infinite breeding possibilities as you pair different Playermons to create distinct and unique offspring.

![](/files/XyMQvHbmJj8ePjUkTLxU)

Every Playermon is endowed with a unique genetic makeup, categorized into Dominant, Recessive 1, and Recessive 2 genes. These genetic components influence the traits of their progeny, leading to a variety of potential outcomes. The specific probabilities associated with each gene's influence on the newly bred Playermons will be further explained in upcoming updates. Stay alert for more detailed insights into the breeding mechanics of Playermons and the myriad possibilities they present.

# Population Management

![](/files/X0WLFu5nbXRvXRWBZMCf)

The management of Playermon population growth is vital for a healthy game ecosystem. The ideal scenario is a balanced growth rate that supports a vibrant environment without overwhelming it.

A too slow growth rate can inflate Playermon values excessively, erecting high barriers to entry for new and existing players alike, which could discourage participation. Conversely, too rapid growth might flood the market, devaluing Playermons significantly.

The developers have implemented several strategies to maintain this balance:

1. **Introducing New Features and Gameplay**: Innovations like planet invasions and space exploration keep the game exciting and varied, reducing the need for players to rely solely on breeding new Playermons for fresh content.
2. **Controlled Breeding**: By regulating the supply of Playermon Breeding Pod Shards, the game ensures that breeding rates are manageable, preventing an overflow of new Playermons and maintaining market stability.
3. **Burning Mechanism**: In high-risk missions, Playermons can be 'burned', effectively removing them from the game. This not only adds a layer of strategy and risk but also helps control the population. Additionally, unique items might be acquired through the sacrifice of Playermon NFTs, adding depth and consequence to gameplay choices.

Temporarily disabling breeding is another measure to distribute Playermons more evenly among players and prevent rapid population spikes. These measures collectively help sustain the game's economic and experiential balance, ensuring Playermons retain their value and appeal, and the game environment remains engaging and accessible.

2. **Breeding Pod**\
   This is essential for players looking to breed new Playermons. The breeding process involves selecting two Playermons and utilizing Breeding Pods, which is consumed once the breeding is successful. The introduction of breeding pods has streamlined the breeding process, making it a strategic aspect of the game as players plan their breeding endeavors to acquire new and unique Playermons.&#x20;
3. **Space Boxes**\
   The Space Box is an exciting element in the Playermon game, often filled with surprises for players who open them. # Roadmap and Milestones

Crypto moves fast, and we have to move as fast as we could too. Bruce Lee once say **"be like water - be formless"**. People shouldn't allow themselves to be trapped in a certain mindset. Instead, a person should be able to adapt to certain situations, grow, and change; that's how one can adopt the qualities of water.

Please note that there are many things that could change the priorities of development. There are factors including more urgent UI/UX fix, security fix, anti-bot measure fix, feedback from community. That means the task listed below are the development priorities that we have set as of planning. As time gets closer, we will switch our priorities based on market changed and developer resources.
